ANKLE/FOOT PAIN
Foot pain can be caused by many different conditions including fracture, infection or disease. Often times, a simple loosening of shoes may relieve foot pain. However, chronic conditions like Plantar Fasciitis require treatment. In the case of a chronic foot condition, we’d advise you to see a doctor to map out a proper course of action.
Ankle pain is usually caused by activity. A sprained ankle is one of the most common injuries, and can happen during any standing activity. The severity of your sprain will determine the course of treatment. Some sprains resolve with rest and ice, but if you have a full tear, you’ll need to be under the care of a doctor for an extended period of time.
